This role involves steering a team of architects and deployment experts, offering guidance and support in the design and implementation of scalable and secure infrastructure solutions. Furthermore, the Head of Managed Solutions Architecture will manage the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure deployments, ensuring successful implementation while adhering to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead cross-functional teams, providing strategic guidance and direction.
  2. Foster innovative architectural designs in alignment with the latest technology trends, ensuring that architectural modifications meet operational and product management requirements.

  8. Utilize networks to attract, develop, and maintain a diverse talent pipeline to achieve strategic objectives.
  9. Collaborate closely with product and pre-sales teams to ensure non-standard deals can be deployed without compromising platform availability, security, or efficiency.
  10. Supervise the deployment of Managed Solutions platforms related to products and services.
  11. Ensure compliance with standardized processes and procedures across all operational regions.
  12. Collect feedback from operations to generate demands for enhancements in operational processes through the governance team.
  13. Set and manage the budget for the team or area of responsibility.
Qualifications and Expectations

A profound understanding and extensive experience in Managed Services, particularly in leadership roles associated with Architecture, Deployment, and Engineering, is essential. This includes a robust comprehension of IT infrastructure architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.

A thorough understanding of networking, cloud computing, virtualization, and storage technologies is required.

Proven experience in operational and engineering financial planning and execution, focusing on CAPEX and OPEX efficiency, is necessary.

Experience in building or leading a high-performing, engaged team while fostering a service-oriented mindset is crucial.

Familiarity with building platforms and services utilizing automation capabilities is preferred.
