Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Development:
Collaborate with contractors and trades to outline project specifications. Lead the selection of design professionals and contractors. Manage project budgets and timelines while conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments. - Project Oversight:
Supervise all construction phases from pre-construction to project closeout. Monitor progress, quality, and safety, implementing corrective measures as necessary. Resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. - Budget and Cost Control:
Meticulously track project expenses and manage cost control measures. Review contractor payment requests and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. - Quality Assurance:

Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, general contracting, or as an owner's representative, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software, along with strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
