Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to teach online courses in Human Resources Management Principles and Career Development for HR Professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Business/HR and relevant industry experience.

The responsibilities of this role include creating a positive learning environment, utilizing adult education principles, and effectively using educational technologies to support learning. The ideal candidate will also possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a minimum of five years of recent industry experience related to the topic being taught. A Master's degree in Business/HR is required, and a Bachelor or Master of Education, or Certified Human Resources Professional designation are considered assets.

The ideal candidate will also possess teaching experience at the post-secondary level or within a business environment, with demonstrated application of adult educational principles and teaching/assessment methodologies. Superior skills in verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving are also essential.
