Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team at AutoCanada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial services department, including sales, finance, and management. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Services Management
    • Manage the financial services department, including sales, finance, and management
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Explain and demonstrate financial options to customers, ensuring they understand their choices
  • Lender Relations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
    • Negotiate and structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of financial services professionals
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 3-5 years' experience in sales or a similar customer service role
    • Experience in F&I in a dealership is preferred
  • Skills
    • Excellent understanding of sales, finance, and management
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
    • Valid OMVIC license required
