Role Summary:

The Program Officer, Community Engagement, will facilitate the execution of the community engagement strategy, collaborate closely with community partners, and provide essential administrative support for program initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Community Engagement Programs
  • Coordinate Administrative Functions
  • Engage with Community Partners

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency
  • Experience in the Nonprofit Sector
  • 3-4 years of Program Administration experience
  • Post-Secondary Education or Equivalent Experience
  • Understanding of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion principles
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Equity Engagement
  • Budget Management skills
  • Familiarity with Foundation Spheres and Philanthropy
  • Group Facilitation experience
  • Knowledge of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning
