About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Associate to join our team at RW&CO. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and organize merchandise upon delivery, ensuring that all products are accurately received and stored.
  • Support the visual presentation of our stores, working closely with the visual merchandising team to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Assist in the transfer, receipt, and dispatch of goods, adhering to company procedures and ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in merchandise, sales, or customer service is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and move, lift, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures safely.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
