At Vitech, we're on a mission to revolutionize the insurance and retirement industries with cutting-edge software solutions. As a Principal Solution Delivery Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of this movement, leading project delivery teams and guiding clients through transformative changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Vitech products, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum business value for clients.
  • Bridge the gap between client business needs and Vitech's platform, setting the stage for success from the outset.
  • Share your expertise with agile teams, helping them grow and succeed in delivering top-notch solutions.
  • Champion best practices, ensuring project configurations and architecture are set up for smooth upgrades and future success.
Requirements:
  • Industry expertise in retirement and/or insurance industries, with a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Agile methodology expertise, with experience guiding teams through the process.
  • SAFe Agile framework knowledge, with a solid understanding of industry-standard SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience with Project Management and Change Management tools like Jira is a plus.
  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
