As a Principal Solution Delivery Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation, leading project delivery teams and guiding clients through transformative changes using our innovative products and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Vitech products, guiding client delivery project teams from start to finish.
  • Translate client business needs into solutions that align with our platform, setting the stage for success.
  • Share your knowledge with agile teams, helping them grow and succeed in learning the business and delivering top-notch solutions.
  • Champion best practices, ensuring project configurations and architecture are set up for smooth upgrades and future success.
Requirements:
  • Industry expertise in retirement and/or insurance industries.
  • Agile methodology expertise, with experience guiding teams through the process.
  • SAFe Agile framework knowledge.
  • Experience with Project Management and Change Management tools like Jira.
  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
