- Ensure adequate staffing prior to the commencement of production activities.

- Conduct team meetings, including training sessions for staff.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and maintained.

Compliance and Communication:
- Communicate and ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures, as well as quality assurance and food safety protocols.
- Direct team members daily to effectively achieve production targets.

Accountability:
- Responsible for the performance, development, safety, and scheduling of team members.
- Ensure compliance with established food safety programs, including HACCP, SSOPs, and GMPs.
- Enhance employee engagement through effective leadership.
- Maximize production yields while minimizing downtime, accidents, and turnover.
- Promote teamwork and provide positive reinforcement to team members.
- Maintain a food-safe and sanitary environment within established specifications.
- Establish and meet production timelines and efficiency goals.
- Plan and implement process enhancements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Experience in poultry plant management is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence team members.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
- Competent in using computers and generating reports with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to manufacturing facilities.
- Must be prepared to spend extended periods walking, standing, and observing in varying conditions.
- Willingness to wear all necessary personal protective equipment.
