About the Role

MKB Ventures Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a Welder Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of welding processes and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and Execution: Interpret welding process specifications and execute them accurately to meet company standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to produce high-quality welds.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate execution.
  • Quality Control: Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Metal Shaping: Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines to prepare metal for welding.
  • Welding Techniques: Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal to achieve high-quality welds.
  • Cutting Equipment: Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC) to cut metal accurately.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively in English with colleagues and management.
  • Work Schedule: Work 30 to 40 hours per week in a regular schedule.
