About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier at Gajjan Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register Systems with accuracy and efficiency, processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Process Payments through various methods, including cash, credit, and debit cards, ensuring all transactions are secure and compliant with company policies.
  • Stock and Maintain Store Displays by replenishing merchandise, rotating stock, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor Store Operations by observing customer behavior, identifying sales opportunities, and reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Work Collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
  • 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of retail experience, preferably in a cash handling role.
  • Excellent Oral Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliability and dependability, with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

The working language for this role is English.
