Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Indian Aroma Kitchen Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training new employees, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1-7 months of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Food Service Supervisor will work 30 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
