CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Supervisor to join our team. As a Surveillance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of surveillance officers and ensuring the smooth operation of our surveillance systems.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and Evaluate Surveillance Operations: Verify timesheets, provide input for performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Identify and Report Incidents: Monitor, document, and report violations, large cash transactions, excluded guests, and unauthorized access.
- Maintain Surveillance Systems: Maintain logs, prepare daily reports, and store records securely for evidence purposes.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Train new team members and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with all operational departments and build strong working relationships with guests and team members.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Education: High school diploma and post-secondary education in criminology or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of surveillance or security experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Gaming experience is preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: Ability to successfully obtain a gaming license.
- Skills: Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication.
