Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of Surveillance Officers at the site level, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveillance and security, with experience in leading teams and maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Surveillance Operators, verify timesheets, and provide input for performance evaluations
  • Document and report violations, large cash transactions, and unauthorized access
  • Maintain logs, prepare daily reports, and store records securely for evidence purposes
  • Monitor and report on the condition of surveillance facilities and equipment, performing preventative maintenance as required
  • Train new team members and communicate effectively with operational departments
  • Build strong working relationships with guests and team members, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and statutory regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Post-secondary education in criminology or a suitable combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of surveillance or security experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience and gaming experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming License and exceed customer expectations through timely and effective communication
Work Environment

This role requires working in a secure back office environment, with non-traditional work hours and prolonged periods of sitting and watching footage.
