Position: Store Manager

The Store Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue while overseeing the daily operations of the store. This position is accountable for ensuring that the team meets sales targets and receives effective training and mentorship. Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role within retail.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to interpret business trends to enhance sales.
  • Experience in coaching and developing a successful team.
  • Excellent communication, delegation, and follow-up abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40-44 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Availability for overtime may be required. Work hours may vary.
