Job Title: Team Lead for Retail Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Team Supervisor to join our team at Savers / Value Village. This is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Store Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and visual displays. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, with experience in leading teams and driving business results. You should be able to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management, and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with store managers to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to make informed decisions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
