Job Summary

The Personal Support Aide will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany clients on outdoor recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being
  • Assist with maintenance and repair of medical equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Perform various tasks related to patient care and comfort, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments to facilitate effective communication
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms to promote a clean and comfortable living environment
  • Transport clients between care facilities to ensure safe and timely transportation
  • Report accidents, distress signals, and other emergencies to ensure prompt response and resolution
  • Attend scheduled practice and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Participate in staff meetings to contribute to team discussions and decision-making
