Senior Business Analyst - Caribbean Banking - Loans/Mortgages/Lending

CB Canada is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our Caribbean Banking division, you will be responsible for partnering with IT practitioners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents and process maps
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide business analysis support for loans and mortgages products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking sector
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and project management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office suite
