Position Overview

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of dining services at Northland Properties Corporation. This position requires a blend of leadership, organization, and culinary knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules efficiently.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
