Candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site and will work a mixture of on-site and off-site based on operational needs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to the team's overall success by providing high-level client service and ensuring priorities are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop job postings and advertise positions on internal and external sites
  • Administer online assessments using our provider
  • Assist the team in the recruitment process using strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Evaluate recruitment practices and policies with a continuous improvement mindset

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary level education in a relevant discipline from a recognized academic institution, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 3 years of administration experience preferably in talent acquisition/recruitment
  • Previous experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems - SuccessFactors
  • Previous experience working in and/or providing support to a virtual team
  • Understanding of HR practices and/or processes, related legislative requirements as well as union experience
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in using MS Office Suite
