Adecco Canada is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our recruitment processes, analyzing hiring data, and developing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy of requisition and position data prior to job postings.
  • Oversee the entire candidate experience and engagement process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates.
  • Manage the employee referral program.
  • Assist in customizing job postings and manage internal and external job postings across various platforms.
  • Oversee all background checks and manage vendor relationships.
  • Utilize recruitment tools such as VidCruiter, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Support the end-to-end hiring process for contractors (Canada only).
  • Contribute to system enhancements and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with sourcing and candidate attraction strategies.
  • Maintain and update Talent Acquisition documentation.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources is an asset.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience with Workday and SuccessFactors is an asset.
  • Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a tactful and collaborative approach to recruitment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring leaders and candidates.
