We are a leading provider of flooring solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients. As a Flooring Installation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and Measure Surfaces: Conduct thorough inspections of surfaces to be covered, measuring and marking them accurately to ensure a precise fit.
  • Prepare Flooring Plans: Develop detailed flooring plans and schedules to ensure efficient installation and minimize disruptions.
  • Install Flooring: Measure, cut, and install various types of flooring, including carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors.
  • Repair and Maintain: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings, ensuring a safe and durable finish.
  • Estimate and Plan: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, planning and coordinating with clients to meet their needs.
  • Support Accessibility: Provide physical accessibility accommodations, such as ramps and elevators, and visual and auditory accessibility accommodations, such as braille and transcription software.
  • Support Diversity and Inclusion: Participate in initiatives that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
