Job Title: Workday Developer III

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Workday Developer III to join our team. As a Workday Developer III, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS Reports, BIRT, Webservice, Extend, and Payroll integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex business requirements and generate technical specifications to design or redesign software components and applications.
  • Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts.
  • Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support solutions.
  • Assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported areas.
  • Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience configuring Workday integrations is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
  • Experience with Agile delivery.
  • 5+ years' experience with HR Systems, including Workday and/or ADP Global View (Payroll systems), and familiarity with SaaS applications like Compass, Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Workday Extend and payroll systems is an asset.
  • Requirements gathering experience is nice to have.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
  • Certifications: Workday Certified is a must-have requirement.
