Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Menchies Frozen Yogurt. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and portion food items, such as frozen yogurt, toppings, and drinks, according to our menu and quality standards.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food counter, dishroom, and surrounding areas.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
