Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Inventory control software, purchasing software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and attention to detail.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and work term: permanent.
