About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cement Finishing Supervisor to join our team at GTA Concrete Products Supply Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cement finishing teams to meet project deadlines
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize production and minimize downtime
  • Oversee the training and development of apprentices in cement finishing techniques
  • Estimate costs and materials for cement finishing projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Review blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in cement finishing or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
