Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cement Finishing Supervisor to join our team at GTA Concrete Products Supply Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finishing operations of our concrete products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Prepare and review production reports to ensure efficient operations.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of finishing crew members to meet production targets.
  • Task Coordination: Schedule and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the training and development of apprentices in finishing operations.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Materials Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in finishing operations.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
