Job Title: Martial Arts Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at Jeon Eui Taekwondo Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating and instructing martial arts techniques, leading groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs, and maintaining and repairing sports equipment. They will also be required to supervise staff, train staff, and assist with coordination of recreational, sport, and fitness events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate and instruct martial arts techniques to students of various skill levels
  • Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs, such as taekwondo classes
  • Maintain and repair sports equipment, including martial arts gear and facilities
  • Supervise staff and train staff on martial arts techniques and safety protocols
  • Assist with coordination of recreational, sport, and fitness events, including tournaments and workshops
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in martial arts instruction
  • Martial arts instructor certification
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of noise and activity. They will also be required to travel to different locations for events and workshops.
