Job Summary

Trojan Safety is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Shop Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our shop, ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our equipment, and providing leadership to our shop personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shop Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the shop, including the maintenance and repair of equipment, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced, and that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to shop personnel, and ensure that they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, including equipment and supplies, and ensure that all necessary orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and that all necessary certifications and training are up to date.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in computer software and equipment maintenance.
  • Certifications and Training: Valid safety tickets, including H2S Alive, First Aid, and CSO, and ability to obtain any necessary certifications or training.
