About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lawn Care Specialist to join our team at Titan Yardworks. As a key member of our outdoor services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lawn care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trimming and Pruning: Trim trees to achieve the desired pruning objective, including crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, and vista pruning.
  • Lawn Care Products: Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products as needed.
  • Treatment Applications: Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting with treatment solutions.
  • Lawn Health Assessment: Assess the health of lawns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Planting and Maintenance: Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens.
  • Tree Removal: Remove trees as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a noisy, outdoors environment with all weather conditions.
  • Work Setting: Ability to work at various locations, including lawn care company settings.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and handle heavy loads in a physically demanding environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, reliability, team player, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
