Titan Yardworks Lawn Care Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lawn Care Specialist to join our team at Titan Yardworks. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and appearance of our clients' lawns and gardens.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trim trees to achieve the desired pruning objective, including crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, and espalier pruning.
  • Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products as needed.
  • Assess the health of lawns and identify areas that require attention.
  • Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens, including tree removal and pruning.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective lawn care services.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in lawn care or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in all weather conditions.
Work Environment:

Our team works in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial properties. You will be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions and may be exposed to noisy environments.
