Job Title: Bilingual Analyst

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Analyst to join our team. As a Bilingual Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining integration processes, current or future, to enhance the company's services, and improve their performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and high-quality integrations connecting data, applications, and third parties that support business processes and customer needs.
  • Analyze, maintain, and evolve integration processes to enhance the company's services and improve their performance and efficiency.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 integration support.
  • Determine, conduct, and automate integration tests, load tests, and performance tests.
  • Prepare and manage technical documentation and self-service resources on integrations.
  • Proactively monitor integration performance and troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues to impacted teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support on implemented solutions, as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of integration design and development processes.
  • Demonstrable experience in data integration and workflow scripting.
  • Proficiency with data modeling, ETL mapping process, manipulation, and distribution between applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in relevant coding languages.
  • Ability to convert business requirements to business processes and technical designs.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
