About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Coordinator to join our team at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC. As a key member of our Category Management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our merchandising systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the addition of new items and maintenance of pricing and item information to ensure data integrity and accurate scanning at store level.
  • Investigate and resolve store issues related to product inquiries in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policy.
  • Research and review regulations such as taxation and environmental levies, ensuring accurate data capture in the system.
  • Ensure the accuracy of item information setup in Merchandise systems.
  • Perform data validation and provide results to Category Management teams for off-shelf display, planogram, and seasonal programs.
  • Develop and test new processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in a retail or merchandising environment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, financial, and analytic skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Quick learner with a motivated attitude to learn new things and retain knowledge.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Solutions-oriented thinking.
