About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at FGM 24/7 Logistics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving
    • Determine the most efficient method of shipment to ensure timely delivery of goods.
    • Prepare and manage bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all items are properly secured and accounted for.
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.
    • Identify and address any discrepancies or issues with inventory management.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including carriers and suppliers.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our logistics operations remain competitive and compliant.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • Will train and develop skills in logistics and supply chain management.
    • Physical Demands
      • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Personal Qualities
      • Reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
