Position Overview

As a Construction Site Supervisor at Build It Back, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction activities and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is necessary.
Work Environment

The position involves working outdoors in a noisy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress.
  • Supervise workers and manage various construction projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Lead and instruct team members effectively.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
