Job Summary

Dual Fabrication & Welding Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder Helper to join our team. As a Welder Helper, you will assist our experienced welders in the fabrication and welding process, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist welders in the fabrication and welding process, including operating metal cleaning equipment, immersing metal products in cleaning solutions, and sorting metal sheets and parts.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools and clean machines and immediate work areas.
  • Load and unload vehicles and polish metal products to a mirror finish.
  • Read and interpret work orders and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
