Position: Lead Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cost accounting processes for manufacturing operations
  • Manage and reconcile inventory balances
  • Prepare monthly journal entries along with account reconciliations
  • Support financial reporting and audit processes
  • Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing data collection and reporting automation
  • Collaborate on various special projects as required

Qualifications:

  • CPA designation in accounting
  • At least three years of pertinent accounting experience
  • Excellent communication and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to function independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
  • Familiarity with Oracle software is advantageous
