Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and via phone, in verbal and written forms. Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in utilizing computer systems, generating reports, and employing scheduling tools. Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and process-driven setting. Previous experience in the automotive or trucking sector is advantageous.
