Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Taco Club Food Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately trained and equipped to meet the demands of the role.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a dynamic environment.
Working Conditions

This is a temporary position, with a variable schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The language of work is English, and the work environment is fast-paced and dynamic.
