A Day in the Life:
Contribute to the growth and development of our Roofing Service sector
Collaborate with the National team to enhance local visibility and foster relationships with national clients
Engage with current customers to discuss Flynn Service offerings
Consistent follow-up on proposals and bids
Participate in industry associations, events, and networking opportunities
Organize and attend client meetings tailored to their preferences
Work alongside Local and National teams to elevate Flynn's brand and services through various marketing channels
Analyze and prepare estimates and takeoffs for assigned projects promptly
Complete work orders, take-offs, and estimates efficiently and accurately
Capable of delivering presentations in a virtual format
Support corporate initiatives and objectives for business growth

What You Bring:
Experience in the roofing or construction sector
Ability to cultivate and sustain strong professional relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business expansion
Proficient in relevant software applications (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)
Solid understanding of contractual documents
