Agricultural Labourer

Shawson Gardens Inc is seeking a reliable and physically fit General Labourer to join our team. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our gardens and crops.
Key Responsibilities:- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
- Harvest crops in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions.
- Ability to distinguish between colours and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
- Work collaboratively as a team player and maintain a high level of organization.
- No degree, certificate or diploma required.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a rural area with outdoor conditions.
- 40 hours per week, with a seasonal employment duration.
- English language proficiency.
