Position Overview:

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will craft and implement strategic marketing campaigns that resonate with our mission. Your expertise will guide our marketing team in developing creative yet data-informed strategies that expand our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and in-person engagements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with DiveThru's growth objectives.
  • Leverage analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance against established KPIs.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance our service offerings and client outreach.
  • Conduct market research to tailor marketing strategies to diverse demographic profiles.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation for projects.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials, reinforcing DiveThru's core values.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years in marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • A strong blend of creative and analytical skills, with a proven ability to tell compelling stories through data.
  • Experience managing substantial marketing budgets across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional project management and leadership capabilities.
  • Adept at navigating the dynamic environment of startups.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
