Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our team at 10044148 Canada Inc/Rockmore Landscaping. As a Grounds Maintenance Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our outdoor spaces by performing various tasks such as cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and laying sod or seed.

Responsibilities:
  • Cut grass and maintain lawns to a high standard
  • Rake and collect refuse, including leaves and debris
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as required
  • Lay sod or seed to repair damaged areas
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the appearance of our outdoor spaces
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they remain healthy and thriving
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset, but not necessary
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in French
Working Conditions:

As a Grounds Maintenance Labourer, you will be working outdoors in a physically demanding environment. You will be required to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and be on your feet for extended periods.
