Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our team at 10044148 Canada Inc/Rockmore Landscaping. As a Grounds Maintenance Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and maintain grass, shrubs, and other vegetation
  • Rake and collect refuse, including leaves and debris
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed
  • Lay sod or seed to repair damaged areas
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the appearance of our outdoor spaces
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure their health and well-being
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset, but not necessary
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in French
Working Conditions:

Our Grounds Maintenance Labourer will work in a physically demanding environment, requiring the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
