Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of complex inpatients, including those with multiple comorbidities and high acuity needs.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Provide clinical education and training to medical learners and hospital staff.
- Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices in patient care.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage for evening and overnight shifts.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
A medical degree from a recognized institution.Current licensure to practice medicine in British Columbia.Advanced training in internal medicine, with a focus on complex patient care.Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience working in a hospital setting, with a focus on quality improvement and patient safety.
