About the Role
The BC - Lincoln Animal Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Medical Director to join our practice management team. As a senior member of our team, the Acting Medical Director will demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise, a strong commitment to veterinary ethics and regulatory standards, and a solution-driven approach to promoting excellence in veterinary medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical leadership and guidance to the practice, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to drive best practices and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the practice management team to drive business growth and development, while maintaining a strong focus on clinical excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in veterinary medicine, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the practice.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to our practice values and a servant leadership mindset.
