Talentify is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead - Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanics and electricians to ensure all repairs, work orders, breakdowns, and PMs are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of mechanics and electricians to ensure all repairs, work orders, breakdowns, and PMs are completed.
- Coordination and Oversight: Support the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisors to coordinate all maintenance work in the facility and oversee the work of the maintenance team.
- Hands-on Approach: Take a hands-on approach to resolving mechanical and electrical issues that occur.
- Production Support: Work alongside mechanics and electricians to ensure all production lines are running on time.
- Training and Development: Schedule appropriate training to improve the troubleshooting ability of the team.
- Reporting and Planning: Send out a daily shift report and work with the maintenance planner to plan specific repairs for upcoming downtime.
- Preventative Maintenance: Issue and follow up on preventative/predictive maintenance inspections and procedures.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations, practices, and policies.

The facility is a fast-paced environment with a focus on production. The work environment is divided into offices and production areas, with a requirement to wear lab coats, hairnets, safety shoes, and ear plugs. The facility is maintained at a temperature of around 15-20 degrees, depending on the season. The production area is cramped, with flour dust constantly in the air, and can be loud near the machines.
