About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Manager to join our Americas SMB ecommerce team at Lenovo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance and developing the short and long-term strategy to drive the Americas SMB ecommerce business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Performance Management: Manage day-to-day execution of NA SMB ecommerce business performance initiatives for revenue and profit.
  • Strategic Planning: Run a full business management process to monitor performance and progress with key stakeholders on a regular cadence across regions and ensure cross-coordinate and alignment on key strategies.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze business metrics and performance and extract key insights on a weekly basis to inform overall SMB strategy.
  • Segment Strategy: Help lead and drive key SMB segment strategic initiatives such as propensity modeling, standing up new vertical growth.
  • Public SMB Route Optimization: Focus on optimizing our public SMB route to better identify and route SMBs to our flagship small business storefront, Lenovo Pro.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep market and competitive analysis and identify new opportunities and trends within across 8 countries including Latin America and Brazil region to inform strategy and derive key initiatives.
  • Services Led Transformation: Drive the services led transformation of the Americas business growing both service and software sales in strong double digits via new product introduction, strong BMS, an effective customer journey.
  • One Lenovo Initiative: Drive the One Lenovo initiative, grow our Moto/MBG revenue, profit and units by performing regular monitoring of performance, meeting w/ key stakeholders and identifying and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong presentation skills to build and deliver strategy decks and execution plans to both executives and operational regional teams.
  • Customer Experience: Map, monitor and champion the post-sales purchase experience and resolve key CX issues.
  • IT Roadmap: Define the IT roadmap for future improvements.
  • Community Engagement: Coordinate w/ community managers to have events/webinars to drive member engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • Experience: 12 years+ of experience in business management, strategy, and/or marketing.

This position will sit in our Morrisville, NC office and work on a hybrid (3-2) schedule.
