Restaurant Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at SRA Bonnyville Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff
Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including kitchen and food service helpers, to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
Train and Develop StaffProvide on-the-job training and coaching to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
Inventory ManagementConduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and to minimize waste.
Reporting and Record KeepingPrepare and submit regular reports on kitchen operations, including inventory levels, sales data, and other relevant metrics.
Food Safety and QualityEnsure that all food preparation and service areas meet the highest standards of food safety and quality, and that all staff are aware of and adhere to these standards.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen supervisory role
Work SettingRestaurant environment
Physical DemandsStanding for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and working under pressure
