Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Weeneebayko Area Health Authority.

Job Summary

This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to maintain current skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in nursing.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
